Red Light Recovery for People Who Train

VENEWER is a red light recovery brand built for people who train consistently and take recovery seriously.

We design advanced red light systems around their recovery needs—to help them recover better, keep training, and stay ready for what matters.

Recovery Is Already Part of Training

People who train consistently already understand that recovery matters. They rest, stretch, prioritize sleep and nutrition, and use different tools to support the areas placed under the greatest demand.

Each method serves a different purpose, and no single approach addresses every recovery need.

Red and near-infrared light devices provide a non-invasive option that can complement an existing recovery routine. Sessions can fit alongside rest or stretching without replacing other recovery methods.

How Red and Near-Infrared Light Work

Photobiomodulation (PBM) uses selected wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to interact with light-responsive components in cells and tissues.

Wavelength influences how light is absorbed and distributed in tissue. The delivered dose is determined by irradiance and session duration, while distance affects the irradiance that reaches the application area. When pulsed light is used, pulse structure can also affect the delivered dose.

Within an appropriate dose range, these light-tissue interactions may influence mitochondrial function, cellular energy metabolism and signaling involved in the body’s response and adaptation to physical stress.

Biological response does not increase in direct proportion to dose. An exposure below an appropriate range may be insufficient to produce the intended response. Beyond that range, more light does not necessarily produce a greater response and may instead reduce it.

This is why wavelength and delivered dose should be considered together when configuring a session.

How VENEWER Designs for Recovery

01 Three Product Series

The VENEWER product system is organized around three approaches to coverage: targeted areas, key force-producing regions from the lower back through the legs, and the full body. These define the Spot, Core and Flow series.

- Spot Series

Spot Series is designed for targeted recovery.

Spot Beam brings VENEWER’s panel technology into a 12.2 × 10.7-inch tabletop format. It provides non-contact coverage for a defined area and can be repositioned for use on different parts of the body.

Spot Flex and Spot Pad use wireless, wearable designs that sit comfortably against the body. They provide targeted coverage for areas such as the knees, elbows, shoulders and lower back. They can be used on the way to training, immediately after training or on the way home.

- Core Series

Core Series is designed around the lower back, hips, glutes and legs. These regions contain the body’s largest force-producing muscle groups, which play a central role in movement and stability across many forms of training.

Core and Core Plus are both 46.5 inches tall, allowing key force-producing regions from the lower back through the legs to be covered in a single setup.

Core Plus adds width for a more natural standing position and greater freedom when seated. Users can sit comfortably cross-legged in front of the panel during recovery, breathwork or meditation.

- Flow Series

Flow Series is designed for full-body red light recovery. Full-body coverage takes two sessions: one for the front and one for the back.

Flow Panel comes with a motorized mobile stand, allowing the panel to be positioned vertically, horizontally or at any angle in between. It supports standing, lying and reclined use, adapting to different spaces and preferred recovery positions.

Flow Mat provides a relaxed, lying-down format for the same front-and-back approach to full-body coverage.

02 Seven-Wavelength, Three-Channel Architecture

VENEWER panels organize seven wavelengths into three independently controlled channels:

  • RED — 630, 660 and 670 nm red light
  • NIR — 810, 830 and 850 nm near-infrared light
  • 1064 nm — a dedicated near-infrared channel

Near-infrared wavelengths generally reach deeper into tissue than red light. VENEWER includes a dedicated 1064 nm channel, selected for its distinct tissue optical properties and its use in published photobiomodulation research.

Each channel has independent intensity and pulse-frequency controls.

03 Recovery-Focused Presets and Saved Modes

We uses the three-channel architecture to configure six presets for specific session purposes, so users can begin without adjusting each channel manually:

A high-resolution touchscreen provides two entry points for user-defined settings. Add As Saved Mode allows users to adjust each channel’s intensity and pulse frequency independently, then save the configuration. Saved Modes provides access to saved configurations for future sessions.

Ready for What Matters

People train for different reasons—to become stronger, improve, compete, move well or continue doing something that matters to them.

VENEWER supports the recovery that helps them:

Recover better. Keep training. Stay ready for what matters.
